To unlock Sharigan see your villager die or be put in a critical state.
Tomeo 2 lvl 25 Have sharigan on while bleeding
Tomeo 3 lvl 45 and chunin Be bleeding with sharigan on in a fight
Mastered sharigan lvl 70 50+ kilsl having sharigan on
